The best way to find your correct size is to get the size of your daywear clothing and then check it against our chart below. We make it easy by making our garments X-Small, Small, Medium, Large or X-Large. For example if you're a Size 12 then we recommend a Medium.

The greatest thing about buying sleepwear online is that you can't go wrong with sizing if you follow this chart. Papinelle sleepwear is designed with 'easy-fit' features such as elastic waistbands or adjustable straps to ensure that they fit a majority of figure types.

If you want to double-check your size take a moment to measure yourself and then use these measurements to choose the correct Papinelle size for you.

Papinelle takes great care in ensuring all sizes are to Australian standards and corresponding to the size chart below.

MEASURING TIPS:

Measure the fullest part of the bust and hips. Keep the tape measure firm, but not tight and measure over your undergarment.

HOW TO MEASURE:

  • Bust: Measure around the upper body, under the armpits and over the fullest part of your bust.
  • Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist, and bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waistline.
  • Hips: measure around the fullest / widest part of your hips.

    Lovely and soft, but shrunk

    These pjs are so pretty and the quality of construction is excellent. The fabric is lovely and soft, they manage to be breathable but still cosy and warm.

    However I was super disappointed to find they shrunk, even on a cold delicate cycle in a garment bag and line drying. The sleeves are a few cms shorter but the pants have shrunk so significantly that I look like I am wearing cropped 3/4 pants. So now I have cold ankles and can't wear them around the house without ugg boots on. I am 174cm, so on the taller side, which hasn't helped. I have bought plenty of items from Papinelle before with no issues, so was surprised to have this happen.

    Style wise they are also lower waisted which isn't my ideal style in pjs as I like to keep my lower back nice and warm. I would really only recommend these pjs to shorter people.

    Soft warm and cosy

    This set is beautiful. It is so soft and warm. Perfect for Melbourne winter nights. I like it so much that I get another one with the same fabric

    Nice, but shrunk. A lot.

    These pajamas are beautiful. The pattern is very pretty and they are so soft. Love that they are natural fabric - no polyester! I washed them on cold delicate cycle and laid out flat to dry, as the tag suggests. Both top and pants shrunk - luckily the top still fits. But the pants shrunk by at least 4 full inches in length, which is a lot when you’re tall and can’t afford to lose any length. So now I have cropped pants. Not ideal for winter pajamas. I don’t understand why clothing manufacturers don’t prewash fabrics so any shrinking takes place before clothes are constructed. I would have rated higher buy the short pants are not ideal.

    LOVE THIS SET!

    This is the nicest most comfy set and I feel pretty in it. I am a size 8/10 and the medium is just right.

    I am glad I didn't go with the Large which is what I sometimes get.
