The best way to find your correct size is to get the size of your daywear clothing and then check it against our chart below. We make it easy by making our garments X-Small, Small, Medium, Large or X-Large. For example if you're a Size 12 then we recommend a Medium.

The greatest thing about buying sleepwear online is that you can't go wrong with sizing if you follow this chart. Papinelle sleepwear is designed with 'easy-fit' features such as elastic waistbands or adjustable straps to ensure that they fit a majority of figure types.

If you want to double-check your size take a moment to measure yourself and then use these measurements to choose the correct Papinelle size for you.

Papinelle takes great care in ensuring all sizes are to New Zealand standards and corresponding to the size chart below.

MEASURING TIPS:

Measure the fullest part of the bust and hips. Keep the tape measure firm, but not tight and measure over your undergarment.

HOW TO MEASURE:

  • Bust: Measure around the upper body, under the armpits and over the fullest part of your bust.
  • Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist, and bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waistline.
  • Hips: measure around the fullest / widest part of your hips.

    Strange sizes

    My usual size but this was super huge. I couldn’t stand up and keep the shorts on, they just slid right off and two of me could have fitted into the cami. Beautiful fabric well made.

    Also purchased cotton/silk pyjamas for a gift to a NZ sz8-10. Took advice from your site and purchased size small. They fitted 14 yr old daughter who is small.

    Huge!!! I should have bought two sizes smaller. Gave it away. Beautiful fabric and construction. Just as beautiful as the ones I have bought for Christmas and birthday gifts. (Correct sizes) LOL. Check the size measurements.
