Our team works hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 2–3 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during our sales event.
- "Free Shipping over $150" refers only to orders delivered within New Zealand.
- Orders must be placed before 10:00am NZST on a business day for same day dispatch. Any orders placed after this time will be sent the following business day.
- All orders are sent via NZ Express Post and will arrive next business day if your delivery address falls within the NZ Post next day network. New Zealand customers should allow 1-5 business days.
- Your goods are delivered by NZ Post and may require a signature on receipt. Therefore, we suggest a work address or P.O. Box if it is more convenient.
- Orders can occasionally be delayed due to pending card authorisations or availability of stock; customers will be notified in the case of any such delay.
- When shipping internationally, the recipient becomes the importer of the item and, as such, is liable for any local duties that may be charged. Papinelle cannot be held liable for any such tariffs and we are unable to alter our invoices for this purpose.
- AUSTRALIA STANDARD - A flat rate of $14.99 applies for orders. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
- NORTH AMERICA - A flat rate of $40.00 applies. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
- ASIA/PACIFIC, UNITED KINGDOM, EUROPE - $40 delivery fee is applied. Please allow up to 14 working days, however, in most cases you should receive your stock within 7 working days.
- REST OF WORLD - $40 delivery fee is applied. Please allow up to 20 working days, however, in most cases you should receive your stock within 10 working days.
At Papinelle, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we have a returns policy in place to help you find the perfect item that you'll love.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date
- All original tags must remain attached
- Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition
- Face masks and knickers can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
FINAL SALE ITEMS cannot be returned except in the case of a fault.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please contact us. if you have any questions regarding sizing before making a purchase. It's important to choose carefully to avoid disappointment, as any items returned outside the 30-day return period or that have been worn or washed will not be accepted for return. Papinelle reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to the sender.
HOW TO RETURN?
Returning your online order within New Zealand is easy. Simply fill in a returns form and include the form in your return parcel. Then send your return to the following address:

Ensure your return parcel is securely packaged as Papinelle will not be liable for any return parcels lost in transit. Please allow 3-5 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our returns address for your return to be processed. You will receive an email once your return has been finalised. Papinelle is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the refund will be issued to the same Visa card. If your order was placed using a Papinelle Sleepwear Gift Card, the refund amount will be put onto a new Papinelle Sleepwear Gift Card with a 6-month validity.
RETURNING AN IN-STORE PURCHASE
- For in-store purchases, you can return or exchange full-priced items for a change of mind within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that we cannot offer a return or exchange on underwear or face masks, except in cases where they are deemed faulty. Mark-down and promotional sales can only be returned for store credit or exchange and are not refundable for a change of mind, except as prescribed by Australian Consumer Law.
