The situation is changing rapidly, and to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus, Papinelle has closed its NZ boutiques.  We remain open and ready to serve you through our online store Papinelle.co.nz, as we are allowed by local regulations.

With the unprecedented challenges we are all currently facing, we firstly wanted to send our love to all and assure our precious and valued community that we remain committed to the continued safety of our customers and team.

We are taking the utmost precaution within our warehouse to ensure a high level of hygiene and cleanliness and have enacted plans to minimise disruption where we can. We are continuing to proceed with all online shipments as normal, so you may continue to shop from the comfort of your own home. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your product or the status of your order, our online customer service team will be available to assist you. In accordance with current guidelines, we are also encouraging our employees to prioritise their health first and foremost and have initiated flexible work-from-home options.
